The Mbar Medspa provides a safe, calm environment. We do not by any means accept bullying, foul language, alarming behavior, and/or harassment of any form.
Such behavior will result in refusal of service and/or scheduling.
REFUND POLICY
Unless we are physically unable to perform the procedure for you, all procedures are NON REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy + Fees

We understand life happens. If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24hrs in advance to avoid additional charges.

Arriving late will cut into your appointment and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled.

Cancellation on the day of your appointment will result in a $60 fee and may prevent you from having future bookings.

If you no-showed or cancelled previous appointments, future bookings may be declined. If future bookings are accepted you will be required to pay a booking deposit.
