Are you struggling to get on a good skin care routine?


Here are some steps to help you get on a consistent routine:


1. Cleansing

  • Use a gentle, hydrating cleanser to remove impurities without stripping your skin’s natural oils.

2. Exfoliation

  • Exfoliate 1-2 times a week to remove dead skin cells. Choose a chemical exfoliant (like AHAs or BHAs) for a gentler approach.

3. Toning

  • Apply a hydrating toner to prep your skin. Look for ingredients like rose water, aloe vera, or hyaluronic acid. Witch Hazel is a personal favorite.

4. Serum ( skin care secret)

  • Use a hydrating serum with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, or niacinamide to boost hydration and radiance.

5. Moisturizing

  • Apply a lightweight, hydrating moisturizer. Look for one that contains emollients and humectants to lock in moisture.
